Last weekend I knit a garter stitch rib swatch for a new design. I see a friend of mine had a similar idea! Maybe it is something in the Portland water?

    That's because it's a lovely stitch and in your yarn choice (silky wool?) is truly beautiful.

    It does look a bit like Tern, but it is actually Shelter by brooklyn tweed.

    it looks like the ribbing on eunny yang's cabled yoke cardigan. it's beatiful! i love it!
