new tote



Check it out...I made this bag! Can you believe it? I love sewing. I love fabric. I'm feeling a little obsessed.

    Ooh, it's wonderful! I wonder if you bought/chose the fabric specifically or if you had some in your stash and then developed the design?

    I had the exterior fabric in my stash. And the tote was one of 3 projects I "had" to make for my sewing class. Once I decided to use that gray/white fabric, I went shopping for a good lining. I like that orange!

    I bet you're right! Nothing beats yarn and needles. But, I love having another means of making clothes/accessories.

    I was taking a class and the teacher gave us written instructions. It's a nice pattern--I think I'll make more.
