I thought Immie really should have another Immie Tee (as you saw in my previous post). I sized one up to be a 3-4 year so there's room to grow (the pants, too!).
I love the posture! When I was doing a lot of seamstress work, it always used to make me laugh at how the brides and bridesmaids would suck in their stomachs until their faces were blue, and would implore me to make theirs last - preferably the night before the wedding so as to lost every last bit of weight possible. The flower girls, on the other hand, would always stick their little tummies WAY out as soon as I approached with a tape measure.
I think I will make some notes to a project page in Ravelry...and perhaps I'll add it to the pattern, too. Check back here--I'll write a post about it what I end up doing. thanks!
I love that!!

ReplyDeletethanks!
and yes, next spring....these (both) should fit her pretty well!
ReplyDeleteI would be so happy if you offered a pattern to fit a 7 yo who is actually as big as a 10 year old (in a 10-12). She would love an Immie sweater.
ReplyDeleteAh, okay...maybe I can add a few more sizes. I've had requests before...I'll keep you posted!
ReplyDeleteYour work is beautiful. I think I need an Immie Tee too. I am new to your blog. My grandma's name is Imogene also. So uncommon and lovely.
ReplyDeleteimogene is also a pretty name! So close to imogen. actually, immie gets called imogene a lot.
