I adore this simple stockinette stitch beret by Pam Allen. I have a long list of other people's patterns I want to knit, but I think this is one for the top of that list.

Pretty light from Friday morning's shoot. And pretty Hélène by Véronik.

Pam and I decided on an early sunrise shoot to photograph next week's e-letter. We headed to the same beautiful marshy area we photographed Nyanen and Lida. Look what I found—another feather. And a spider's web. Wonderful.

I spent the day photographing some of Hannah's new knits. They're all gorgeous, of course! And, we had some equally beautiful fog in the early morning. Dreamy.
