Waiting for my babe to arrive...and knitting. I finally get to use those sweet, little metal buttons I bought at an antique shop up north. And yes, I am knitting my girl a baby blue sweater! I just love that shade (glacier/chickadee).

    Good for you - did you know 100 years ago or more, blue was the girl's colour? That is such a scrummy colour too :)

    The cardigan is going to be adorable. I received my first skein of glacier and can't wait to make a cowl with it. It is even prettier in real life then on the computer screen.
    I remember counting down the days and fitting in as much hand work as I could to help time move a little quicker. ;)
