Carrie, I believe it is Coxcomb! I had a gorgeous dried bunch of it in a mosaiced pot in my kitchen but recently moved and had to say goodbye to all my dried flowers!
Thanks B! The sign did say it is perfect for drying.
I used to grow it when my Mom was making a lot of dried arrangements... Don't know why I stopped. I love the color.
Hmmm...maybe I'll try to grow some next summer...
