more lottie

Ever since my first visit to Imogen's little school, I have wanted to do a photo shoot there. This past March, I finally asked her sweet teacher if it would be okay for us to stay after school one day. Lucky for us, Amy kindly agreed.

Immie was a wild thing the entire time. She was dazed with excitement to have all those toys (she usually has to share) all to herself. She was in bliss— making it impossible for me to get a magic-moment-shot. But, they're fun pictures...I'm so glad to have them in our family album.

Right before we left, Immie flipped all the stools upside-down, making boats, so she could sail away. Silly. Love her imagination.

(By the way, the photo where she is sitting still with the Lottie set on, was all Amy's doing. At least she listens to her teacher! She never would have posed for me like that.)

Have a marvelous weekend,
xo

Such cuteness, I can't stand it! Great shots. Sometimes the 'imperfect' ones are nicer than the 'perfect' ones. :)

Oh, where did you get that skirt/ fabric? My daughter would love to have a skirt like that with those little bunnies. Totally darling photo shoot. Just saying again how much I enjoy your blog.

So cute !

Thanks!!

The skirt is from Boden. It's a little big on her so I'm hoping she'll be able to wear it next year, too.

Goodness, my 16 month old is always moving. 99% of the pictures I take of him are blurry. Every once Ina while though, I can get something decent.

I love the knits, of course, but as a mom, I think that's about the most darling playroom ever! I wish I could do something like that in my house. So sweet.

Your daughter looks so imaginative and beautiful!

Thanks!
It's true. It's a child's paradise, that playroom.

Is it a Wladorf school? I am wanting to send my oldest to a waldorf school when the time comes but know no one who has children in one. Such an imagination she has!
