Lately, I've been thinking about reviving my swatch diaries book series. Going forward though, the books would be digital. And free. Just for fun.
These are the colors I'm drawn to right now for the third book. We'll see if it comes together....

Oh, I do so love to see a stack of gorgeous woolly textures and tones. Looking forward to seeing what these become. You certainly have a gift for pattern design! :)

Thanks, Christina. I love a stack of knits, too-—irresistible!

Yay! I always did love your swatch diaries series -- I think I bought the mariner (blue) inspired one (if it exists? perhaps I am misremembering which one I have!).

Aw, thanks!

Yes Connie...you may have marina (the 2nd book)...away/japan was the first book.

Caitlin: THANK you SO much for the wonderful present and card!! You're so, so sweet. I love the yarn and Immie uses her spoon in her play kitchen. big hugs. xoxoxo

Free is a lovely word, Carrie, but I hope you consider the word "paid" as well.

Your work is inspirational. Your style is charming. How can a reader support that? By buying an ebook as sure as a fan would buy a pattern.

oh my goodness, you're too kind. the word "paid" makes me feel guilty! maybe someday I'll have something to sell again...but this next phase of my creativity feels like it should be open to the world.

I would love one more opus of the series. The first two you sent me are little treasures ! (and Oh my, Immie's going to school ?? You must be so glad AND a bit afraid, too... That's good news though and she's a real cutie.)

Yes, this week she starts pre-school! Immie went to this school last year (so young, I know) so she's actually looking forward to seeing her friends again. Plus it is on a farm with animals...she loves the animals!
